      • The driver will monitor your flight, enter the terminal 45 minutes after landing, and meet you at the arrivals point with a name board, just past customs. Do not exit the terminal, pickups outside are not permitted. Best meeting points: Terminals 2 & 3: In front of WHSmith. Terminals 4 & 5: In front of Costa Coffee. The driver will wait an additional 45 minutes (total 90 mins after landing). If this time is exceeded without prior notice of delays at passport/customs, a fee of £10 per 10 minutes plus any parking charges will apply. If you can't find your driver or need help, call our free UK number: 0800 612 8914. Flight delays incur no extra charge, but there might be a short wait for the driver due to scheduling. If you're travelling with a mobile phone, share the number in advance so the driver can contact you on the day.
