Vehicle selection is based on the number of passengers and luggage booked. Sedan: up to 3 passengers with 2 large and 2 small bags. Minivan: up to 4 passengers with 4 large and 4 small bags. 7-Seater Van: up to 7 passengers with 7 large and 7 small bags. 8-Seater Van: up to 8 passengers with 8 large and 8 small bags.
This service is only available for drop-off to the following postcodes/Area in London Soho, West End, Mayfair, W1 - Bayswater, Paddington W2 - Notting Hill W8 - Holland Park W11 - Shepherd's Bush W14 - Belgravia, St James’s, Victoria, Westminster, Whitehall, Pimlico SW1 - Knightsbridge SW3 - Earls Court SW5 - Hammersmith SW6 - Kensington SW7 - Bloomsbury WC1 - Covent Garden, Holborn WC2 - Euston, Kings Cross/St Pancras Rail Station, Regents Park NW1 - Only Westminster Bridge, Waterloo, (DOES NOT INCLUDE Southwark and London Bridge area) SE1.
Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 carry-on bags. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. foldable wheelchairs, Walker) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable
Foldable wheelchairs and walkers can normally be transported but count as one large piece of luggage. Please provide details when booking.
We provide pickups from all Southampton cruise terminals and cruise ships, including services operated by Cunard, Princess Cruises, Royal Caribbean, Celebrity Cruises, Norwegian Cruise Line (NCL), MSC Cruises, P&O Cruises and Disney Cruise Line. Popular ships include Queen Mary 2, Queen Anne, Queen Victoria, Sky Princess, Majestic Princess, Regal Princess, Independence of the Seas, Celebrity Apex, Norwegian Prima, MSC Virtuosa and Disney Wish, as well as other ships visiting Southampton. We monitor your ship on the day of travel and will meet you at the correct cruise terminal
When you have collected all your luggage, you will come into the arrivals hall in the cruise terminal where our driver will meet you with your name on a Board Sign outside or inside the Cruise terminal at the specified pickup time. (Please do not wait for your driver at the vehicle pickup and drop-off area) The pickup time is the disembarkation time that the driver will arrive at the cruise terminal. We monitor your cruise ship on the day of travel and will confirm the correct Southampton cruise terminal for your ship. You do not need to contact us if your ship is allocated to a different Southampton terminal. If you are travelling with a cell phone, please share the number before your travel date so the driver can contact you on the day. If for any reason you need to contact the office or cannot locate your driver, please call our Free UK number on 0800 612 8914. If waiting time at the cruise terminal exceeds 30 minutes from the set pickup time, an additional charge will apply £10.00 for every 10 minutes plus any additional car park charges. The driver will leave the cruise terminal 60 minutes from the set pickup time, If not able to make contact with the passenger, If you experience any delays in disembarking the cruise ship, please contact the office as soon as possible to avoid a no-show. Each traveller is allowed a maximum of 1 big suitcase - 24x16x10 inches / 62x43x26 cm (23 kg to 50 lbs) and small suitcases (carry-on bag) - 22x14x9 inches / 56x36x23 cm. (15 kg to 35 lbs) Travelling with suitcase with dimensions bigger than the big suitcase will be considered as 2 big Suitcases. By UK law, all luggage and other large equipment (e.g., foldable wheelchairs and Walkers) must not be placed in the seats and must be stored in the boot of the vehicle. Drivers will not risk this as they will incur points on their license if they are stopped and checked.
